Chairman, FFK Group

Our history began with the merging of three companies that formed what is now Freight Forwarders Kenya Limited and subsequently the formation of subsidiaries – that support various aspects of the logistics industries – led to the Freight Forwarders Group which overall has been in operation for over 80 years and is today one of East and Central Africa’s leading logistic services provider.

We are a privately held family business that is financially secure and highly adaptable to changing market requirements. For example, the first warehouse in Kenya with doors large enough to allow a truck to enter inside was built by us! We saw a gap in the industry and were quick to act. Our client dedication and asset-driven approach ensure we provide our clients with top-class services. Furthermore, we have internal policies in place that ensure we take our corporate social responsibility seriously by engaging in ethically inclined and sustainable business practices.

We have built our organization in order to best utilize our available resources and reduce the needs of sub-contracting, which in turn saves time in this fast-paced sector. By establishing ourselves as a provider of end-to-end solutions for every aspect of the logistics industry, we can be your one-stop partner.

Today we have four generations of local know-how and over 100 staff country-wide, with our offices strategically located across Kenya. Regionally we have over 1,500 staff through our partner offices.
